Our core Services include personal consultations, plan comparisons and application assistance designed exclusively for pensioners. Appointments are confirmed once a booking is completed.

Booking a Service

To book a Service, please complete the booking process on our site. All bookings require full prepayment before confirmation.

Information Products

Information Products consist of digital guides and tutorials providing educational content related to pensioners’ coverage options. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Physical Products

Physical Products include printed materials and informational brochures shipped to your address. Delivery times vary by location.

Payment Terms

All fees must be settled via the available online payment options. Confirmation is sent via email once payment is processed.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every offering. The following sections outline eligibility and procedures for refunds.

Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. To cancel or request the appointment to be moved to a different date, send a request via contact form. If availability does not permit the shift, the refund will be processed as stated. Certain Services, such as immediate telephone consultations arranged within 24 hours of request, are non-refundable due to the allocation of specialized staff time.

Information Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the content or viewed more than ten pages. Requests must be sent via contact form. Approved requests are processed within 10 business days and issued via the same payment method used at purchase. No refund is available once the content access limit is exceeded.

Physical Products

For damaged items, you may request an or replacement within 30 days of delivery. For other concerns, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging, accompanied by the original packing slip. Submit your request via contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 21 days after we receive the item sent back. Shipping costs for sending the item back are not covered by Vensylva. Depending on the region, we may choose to send a replacement without extra charge.

Limitation of Liability

Services and products are provided “as is.” Vensylva makes no warranties beyond those stated here. In no event shall Vensylva be liable for incidental or consequential issues arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to vensylvo.pro. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.
